It's crafted from organic grape varieties, Síria and Fonte Cal, sourced from high-altitude granitic soils. The limited yields from these soils impart the wine with a rich and complex aroma, exuding freshness and elegance. Its profile is dominated by citrus highlights, harmoniously blended with subtle floral undertones. On the palate, it presents a refreshing taste with hints of freshly cut grass, concluding with a crisp finish.
